This Pink Honey is a refined expression of Veracruz coffee, developed through a 168-hour controlled fermentation with mosto—enhancing sweetness and clarity.

Produced at Finca Las Ranas using Marsellesa and Parainema varietals, each lot is hand-selected and processed with precision. Roasted to a medium profile to preserve brightness while building balance.

The result is a clean, vibrant cup with notes of honey, pear, apple, and yellow fruits, complemented by soft citrus and a delicate floral finish. Smooth, balanced, and approachable.

Our Red Honey is a honey-processed coffee from the mountains of Veracruz, crafted for a clean and expressive pour over experience.

Using the red honey process, a layer of the fruit’s natural sugars is left on the bean during drying—bringing out a deeper sweetness and complexity while maintaining clarity in the cup. Roasted to a medium profile, it highlights both structure and brightness.

In the cup, expect a smooth, balanced body with notes of caramel, honey, and panela, layered with ripe apple, pear, and yellow fruits. A gentle citrus lift of orange and lemon carries through a clean, delicate finish.

Designed for pour over, this coffee opens up as it cools—revealing new layers with every sip.
